Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms
  • Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers

  • Coordinate with designers for visual content (images, reels, stories)

  • Monitor insights and analytics to optimize performance

  • Create monthly performance reports and recommendations

  • Collaborate with clients to align messaging and goals

  • Running paid ad campaigns (FB, IG, Google)

  • Writing basic blog content or newsletters

  • Assisting in SEO strategies

  • Managing email marketing (e.g., using Brevo or Mailchimp)


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in social media management (agency or freelance is OK)

  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn

  • Excellent written English, copywriting, and captioning skills

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or other scheduling tools

  • Organized and meets deadlines consistently

– Work closely with leadership to set achievable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
